Shao-Jo Lin is an award-winning creative director and multidisciplinary designer, specializing in art direction, CX, and creative strategy for a wide range of global clients.

Her work bridges the worlds of luxury, technology, and culture—crafting brand stories that are as emotionally resonant as they are visually striking.

She began her career in New York City at Night Owls, where she designed digital experiences for institutions including Columbia University, Integral Ad Science, and Industry City. Her early work laid the foundation for a creative philosophy rooted in clarity, storytelling, and human-centered design.

In Silicon Valley, she joined Mobvoi—an AI startup backed by Google and Volkswagen—where she art directed product launches and led cross-functional teams of designers, photographers, and video producers to define the brand’s visual and storytelling language.

After returning to New York, Shao became an art director at Admerasia, a multicultural agency where she led advertising campaigns advocating for Asian American communities and culture-forward causes. Her commitment to meaningful storytelling evolved into STADM, a creative and production agency she co-founded to serve brands in the luxury space.

At STADM, she collaborates with brands like Moët Hennessy and LVMH on digital content, immersive retail experiences, and branded events. With a deep understanding of how the luxury industry builds desire through narrative and aesthetic precision, she brings the same care and imagination to every client—designing dreamlike experiences that resonate on a human level.
