OVERVIEW

SoCal and New York are the regions with the largest Asian senior population in the U.S., and battlefields for national and local Medicare brands. Though Humana had launched a few in-language campaigns in these markets in the past, there is strong need to up the game as the competitors emerge to be more aggressive. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the health and lives of seniors, physical and mental care for seniors have become more important than ever before. In this context, Humana needs to develop in-language websites where all the necessary information will be easily accessible to Asian seniors, to engage and reassure Asian seniors and drive acquisition.

*This is a Chinese microsite for Humana; the design presented here is its English translation.

To engage Asian seniors, with the intent of increasing brand awareness, amplifying engagement experience, and driving consideration for Humana.
